Project management
Since the company establishment, we have focused on accumulating project management skills for U.S. military construction projects. We provide consulting services based on these skills and know-how. It is one of our core competencies. NUDP is not only a project management contractor for our own contracts, but we also provide project management services, cost estimating services, and per-incident support for individual consultations.
Architectural Design
NUDP is a registered first-class architectural firm. At the same time, we collaborate with a U.S. Military-approved architectural design firm to handle various Design & Build (DB) projects, which are common in U.S. military construction projects. In this way, we can meet various client needs.
General Construction Work
We correspond to various types of work that include,

Electrical / Mechanical Work
For US Military construction, individual construction projects such as electrical work, mechanical work, telecommunications work, etc. is often solicitated as individual project from the frame of general construction work. In these fields, we provide maintenance services such as replacement of machinery and equipment, failure handling, etc.<br>
In some cases, we set up a maintenance system for each contracted project for failure handling. Depending on the client’s needs, a flexible organization and system are established.
Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance
Many of the U.S. Military bases in Okinawa have lush lawn that are well maintained. The Ground Maintenance contract is said to be one of the most important maintenance contracts as it requires technical skills to handle high-performance equipment and a very high level of management skills along with seasonal and weather conditions. Our grounds maintenance team in company’s uniforms is striving every day.
